Purchases made through the online store
www.thetaforceramics.com,
operated by Theta for Ceramics (THEODORA MARIA PETROVA STASINOPOULOU),
can be completed using the payment methods described below. All prices are in Euro (€) and include the applicable VAT.

2. Payment Methods

You may complete your purchases using the following payment options:

2.1 Card Payment via Piraeus ePOS

You can pay securely using your debit or credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) through the
Piraeus Bank ePOS environment. Once you select card payment at checkout,
you will be redirected to Piraeus Bank’s secure page to complete the transaction.

  • Your card details are entered directly into the secure environment of Piraeus Bank.
  • We do not store or have access to your full card details on our website.
  • If one or more products are not available and the full amount has been charged, we will contact you and refund the corresponding amount.

2.2 IRIS Online Payments

Where available, you may also pay via IRIS through your banking app.
This allows you to pay quickly and securely by approving the payment from your bank’s environment,
without sharing your card details with us.

2.3 Electronic Payments via Viva

You may also complete your order using Viva electronic payments (e.g. card payment through Viva’s secure system).
In this case, the transaction is processed within Viva’s environment and is protected by their security infrastructure.

Please note that Viva is used only for electronic payments and not for bank deposits.

2.4 Bank Deposit to Piraeus Bank

If you prefer, you may pay for your order by depositing the total amount into our business bank account:

After completing the deposit, please inform us by sending the deposit slip or a confirmation email to
info@thetaforceramics.com.
Kindly use your order ID as the reason for the deposit and, optionally, the depositor’s name.

Your order will be processed and executed only after the deposit has been confirmed in our account.

3. Shipping with ACS & Charges

Orders are shipped via ACS Courier and delivered only within Greece.
The following charges apply for the Express Next Day service (up to the indicated weight limits):

The above prices are indicative ACS Express Next Day charges and may be subject to changes according to
ACS pricing policy, fuel surcharges or special conditions (e.g. remote areas, oversize parcels).
The final shipping cost applicable to your order will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Pricing & Availability

All product prices shown on our website include VAT. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery area,
weight and selected service and are displayed before the completion of your order.

Product availability is indicated on the product pages. In the rare event that a product is unavailable after you place
your order, we will contact you to propose alternatives, a new delivery time or a refund of any amount already paid.

5. Transaction Security

We take the security of your transactions very seriously. For this reason:

  • Card payments are processed within the secure environments of
    Piraeus Bank ePOS and/or Viva, using modern encryption protocols.
  • Our website uses an SSL certificate, which ensures that the data transmitted between your browser
    and our server is encrypted.
  • Card details are submitted directly to the bank or payment provider and are not stored
    on the servers of thetaforceramics.com in any form.

In case of suspicion of unauthorized use of your card or account, we recommend informing your bank immediately and
contacting us at info@thetaforceramics.com.
